Position description
Responsible for the management of F&B services on board, under the Hotel Director. Leads team through periodic analysis on the costs and revenues, according to the budget established by the Company. Ensures professional. Assurance of a maximization of guests’ satisfaction, under consideration of a high quality, efficient, optimizing F&B operation (Bars and Restaurants), thus in compliance with the Company and product philosophy concerning the sphere of responsibility. Leadership and supervision of subordinated crew. Coordinate a working cooperation of both department areas, Bar and Restaurant operations.
Position requirements
-Diploma from established Hotel School, Tourism School, College or University.
-3/4 Years experience in equal equivalent position, significant experience in Hotel Industry in a fast paced environment, 5* Hotels & Restaurants, ideally within the luxury cruise industry.
-Good Organisation skills, Interpersonal skills, Social Competence, International exposure required.
-Fluent English mandatory.
Duration of the contract
4-6 month of contract renewable * 2 months of rotation
