From a 5* hotel with 3AA rosettes and a 2* Michelin awarded Chef in Surrey, UK, 1 strong Pastry Chef de partie is wanted.
PURPOSE
To report to the Head Chef and carry out Efficient running of the department, following recipes and maintaining standards set by the Head Chef.

Details:
- 5 days out of 7, shift basis, 48 hour week
- Salary: £ 26,458 per annum + benefits
- Successful candidate must be able to work in a very busy and fast paced environment dealing with large covers
- Successful candidate must be creative, have experience with ordering and controlling stock, displays and visuals, chocolate making, menu creation, afternoon teas.
-Successful candidate must have good knowledge of food allergens and health and safety.
