Engage with the passengers in a friendly and polite manner. Hand out menus, take orders correctly and deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to the table. Respond to passenger questions, particularly in relation to the menu or wine, where applicable, advising alternative dishes that may suit or help inform choices. Carry out flambé /gueridon cooking demonstrations at the tables, when required and perform duties as requested at outside catering / special events. Prepare own area ready for service and keep it clean and tidy at all times. Assist with the meet an d greet of the passengers and baggage services on embarkation / disembarkation days
- Diploma from a recognized Hostelry School or apprenticeship program, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of full time working experience on a 4* star (or similar grade) Hotel/restaurant, in the addition of catering college, catering to an international clientele.
- Restaurant or Bar experience.
- Food handlers: Level II or equivalent
- Good level of English mandatory.
- VISA and medical certificates, before the embarkation
