*1 SOUS CHEF & 1 SOUS PASTRY CHEF positions for mid-September and mid-October*
From a 5* hotel with 2* Michelin stars in Malmesbury, Wiltshire,UK:
We need a Sous Chef (mid-September ) and a Sous Pastry Chef (by mid-October). Salary will be £27K per annum for 60 hours + £5.000 non-contractual service charge per annum, which is paid monthly.
We offer accommodation starting from £250 per month for a shared room with bathroom on site. Offsite we have single room as and when they become available in various properties.
We offer use of Spa and gym, staff discounts, uniform, meals etc.
Candidates MUST speak good English, have preferably michelin experience and must attent trial!

* Commis Chef-> £20,904-22.464 + service charge £500. Around 60hours/week.
* Demi Chef de Partie-> £20,904- £22,464 +service charge between £1500-2000. Around 60hours/week
* Chef de Partie -> £20,904-£22,464 +service charge between £3.500-4.000. Around 60hours/week.
**Candidates will be trialled before offer is made.**
