Owner's vision
The Owner wants to create an exclusive, fine dining restaurant to bring a Michelin star to Bahrain. To provide an exceptional dining extravaganza to the valued clients from the kitchen, bar and restaurant staff.
The leadings Chefs aim to pull together an international team to create plates that the clients will come back for favorites and new experiences. The menu will be international but based on the theory of the celebration meals most akin to the Japanese concept of Kaiseki Ryori - multi course haute cuisine.
The restaurant will initially be open in the evenings only 6 days a week and will be closed during the holy month of Ramadan.

A) FOH (Front Of House)
1 Maitre D' -> Salary ~4500-6000E net *To start 1/10
1 Sommelier -> Salary ~1400-1800E net +1,5% of wine sales *To start 1/10
1 Head Barman -> Salary ~2400-3200E net *To start 1/10
1 second bar man ->Salary ~1080-1680E net *To start 1/11
1 Captain - restaurant -> Salary ~2880-3360E net *To start 1/11
1 Captain - restaurant -> Salary ~2880-3360E net *To start 1/11
1 Captain - lounge -> Salary ~2880-3360E net *To start 1/11
*Accommodation allowance at around 840E for the Maitre and around 600E for the rest.
* 1 Annual flight coverage up to approximately 720E

B) KITCHEN
1 Sous Chef->Salary ~1900E net *To start 1/11
1 chef de partie/sous (Japanease origin) -> Salary ~negotiable
3 chefs de partie -> Salary ~1500E net *To start 1/11
1 Pastry Chef de Partie -> Salary ~2000E net *To start 1/10
*Accommodation allowance at around 840E
* 1 Annual flight coverage up to approximately 720E

**ALL CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AND COME FROM ROSETTES OR MICHELIN BACKGROUND**

* Working days:6 days a week
* Holiday:21 days during the month of ramadan. No holiday over Eid, Christmas period, New Year period
* Restaurant open: Initially during evenings only
* Uniforms: Provided
* Accommodation: The Owner will either be providing accommodation or an allowance. This has to be decided.
*Transportation: There will be transportation to/from the restaurant for those living in company accomodation or near it.
* Visas:Provided, under the usual terms
* Medical:provided
* Probation period:3 months - 24 hour notice from either side during the period
* Tips: there is a structure for tips that are shared out amongst the staff at the end of the month for both kitchen and FOH
* Training: there will be ongoing training provided both in-house and through external consultants.


Cvs must be in Word Format, in the English language (must include in your working experience the website of each employer you have worked at).
