This is a 4* Hotel, a seaside retreat, awarded with 1 Rosette (looking to achieve their 2nd), in Thorpe Bay, Essex, UK. With 59 rooms including 3 luxurious suites, and 18 executive rooms, situated in a quiet location opposite an award winning beach in Southend-on-Sea.

The client is looking for 1 Senior Sous Chef, salary £28-30k per annum gross+service charge and 1 Chef de partie salary £8.00/h gross+service charge. The service charge is between £1500-£2500 per annum.
There is accommodation available 20 minutes walk from the hotel or 10 minutes by bus, they have a 5 bedroom house (only 2 rooms available currently) and they charge £275 per month all inclusive. All candidates need to be able to attend a trial.
