From a 2AA Rosette awarded Hotel & Spa in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire, UK, 1 Wine waiter/ess and 1 Chef de Rang are wanted.

Both would work a minimum of 43 hours, split shifts when required, 5 days out of 7.

Wine Waiter would be the lead role in a team of two, so there needs to be a good degree of knowledge. Salary for this position is £17.200/annum gross. Chef de Rang salary is £16.325/annum gross.

Live in is available for both positions. A room in a shared house within 10 minutes walk of the hotel at approximately £50 per week.
