**NEW CLIENT-SMALL DESCRIPTION AND CHEF POSITION**
This is a luxury beautiful 17th Century manor house in Lower Slaughter,Gloucestershire, UK, which combines contemporary interiors with country charm, attentive service and one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Cotswolds, awarded with 3AA Rosettes.Celebrating the finest produce the Cotswolds has to offer, the team of skilled chefs create tantalising menus filled with flavour, using regionally sourced and freshly foraged ingredients, perfectly matched by the sommelier’s wine selections.
A Chef de Partie is wanted. The salary is £20.000/annum gross +service charge and the work is mainly straight shifts. Accommodation is next door to the hotel, it is a shared room and the rent is £180 per month. There are 6 Chefs in the kitchen. Approximately 20-25 covers for lunch and 35-40 covers for dinner. 5 days/week, 2 days off. Contract, insurance, duty meals, paid leave.
Good English is required. Candidate will need to attend a trial.
