The talented Chef of the hotel joined them from the city lights of Mayfair to open an incredible dining restaurant. His innovative dishes, fastidious preparation and immaculate finishes shine through in each exquisitely crafted creation. His love of locally sourced and fresh produce means their three course à la carte and eight course tasting menus are governed by English ingredients, guided by the seasons.
VACANCIES:
A) Kitchen (48h/week):
*1 Sous Chef –Salary up to £30K gross
*1 Senior Chef de Partie Pastry – £23,917pa gross plus approx. £3,360pa service charge
*1 Chef de Partie- £22,913pa plus approx. £3360pa service charge
*1 Breakfast Chef – £20,418.00pa gross plus approx. £2,040pa service charge

B) Restaurant (48h/week):
*1 Assistant Astor Grill Restaurant Manager –£20,000pa gross plus approx. £4,200pa service charge
*1 Chef de Rang – £19,094.00pa gross plus approx. £3,600pa service charge
*1 Barman –£18331.00pa gross plus approx. £3,600pa service charge
*1 Commis De Rang –£18331.00pa gross plus approx. £3,600pa service charge

C) Reception (h/week according to position):
*1 Receptionist-40 hours per week- £17680pa plus approx. £1200pa service charge
*1 Day Porter – 40 hours per week - £16641pa gross plus approx. £2,400pa service charge
*1 Doorman – 32 hours per week- £12220pa gross plus approx. £1,200pa service charge

Candidates must speak very good English. Telephone interviews can be made for the the Jr Positions, for the Managerial ones, candidates will need to go for a trial.

Staff accommodation is offered for their first month of employment, £150pcm incl bills. Candidates will have their own room and shared kitchen. Lunch and dinner are also provided. Uniform is provided.
