Sault Restaurant located in Daylesford, Victoria, Australia, is seeking a passionate and talented head chef to lead its team. Currently led by one of Spain's most talented chef's, who relocated to Australia 6 years ago,
Santiago Nine-Fernandez. Sault is one of Victoria's best restaurants and is located approximately 70 minutes drive from Melbourne. With a unique Spanish influence on the menu and an abundance of beautiful fresh regional produce there is wonderful opportunity to express your creative passions. Sault has a wonderful reputation as a must do food destination and offers its guests a truly special dinning experience. Operating Wednesday - Sunday and closed Monday and Tuesday, the position is full-time.
The role of head chef is a very important one and as such the successful applicant must have the relevant head chef experience with excellent references. Sault also specialises in Weddings so experience with functions is an advantage. Full sponsorship will be provided and you must be able to speak English.
