The Position
• To assist management with the smooth running of Hotel Food Service Operation, promoting efficient operation of service
• To ensure that guests receive a high standard of service and quality at all times
• To supervise and ensure all aspects of food service and standards of presentation and service are maintained, including restaurant food service, room service, drawing room and private dining in conjunction with supervising personnel on duty.
• To ensure all details from the Function Sheet are communicated to the team in order that all the guests’ requirements are met.
• To effectively communicate with other teams throughout the resort all information that will assist with guest satisfaction.
• To attend daily pre-service briefings and monthly communication departmental meeting.
Experience/Qualifications
• Will have previous experience in a similar role demonstrating a keen interest in F&B
• Will possess excellent communication and customer relation skills
• Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
• Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
• Will be flexible in their working hours
