HEY, LET’S GET TO WORK
You will help manage culinary projects and administrative tasks in all kitchens.
Controlling of groups and convention contracts
Updating schedules and clock-in machine
Control and reporting of maintenance issues.
Control of HACCP procedures
Assist Chef in managing food orders through ADACO system
Assist Sous Chefs in general management of kitchens
