Luxury Cruise Line 6* with ports of call in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Asia, India, Arabia, South America and Caribbean
To properly prepare all items required for the daily Menus and special events as instructed by Supervisors and to ensure that products are consistently prepared according to the highest possible standards. To ensure that Galley equipment is maintained properly, that the highest standards of cleanliness are kept and that safe food handling is practiced at all times. To provide a six star service at all times. To take active part in the actual food preparation. Should be able to fill in every Sous Chef position within the hot galley section when needed
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar environment, either in a 6* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or onboard a small luxury cruise ship (Quality Hotels or Restaurants).
- Fluent English mandatory
- EU citizenship, EU nationals
- Valid Medical Certificate are required before embarkation.
- CD1 VISA will be required previous to embarkation.
Se ofrece
Competitive salary of 3.300 USA $ net monthly, salary first contract. Five moth contract with two months of rotation + renew.
