We are looking for chefs for our Peruvian restaurants in Zurich Switzerland. Founded in 2018, Restaurant Barranco at the famous Bullingerplatz in Zurich consists of more than 50 seats indoors and 50 seats outdoors. We offer a creative Peruvian kitchen in a familiar atmosphere, inspired by the diversity of the artsy Barranco district in Lima, Peru. Restaurant Barranco earned 14 Gault Millau points in 2021.
At Barranco we focus on quality, creativity and offering a unique gastronomical experience to our guests.
