Company which include a total three pastry shops and one concept bistro café
in Dubai , one in Bahrain and shops in Abu Dhabi and Qatar is the largest
organic supplier in the UAE . Is seeking:

PASTRY CHEF
Responsible for Pastry area.Pastry and Bakery Production .by monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of the pastry production . Responsible for managing the staff that work in the Pastry and Bakery area.

Position requirements:
- Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program, or equival ent diploma specialist patisserie qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar environment, 2+ years supervisory experience with in a 4-5* hotel combined with Pastry shops and some bakery.
- International experience required
- Fluent English mandatory.
