We are recruiting Head Chefs to work in a rapidly expanding group of French brasseries based in the United Kingdom

Starting gross annual salary: £36000

The company offers:
• A full-time permanent contract after a three-month trial period
• 2 days off a week
• 25 days paid holiday
• A company pension scheme

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and motivating a team of 8 chefs
• Training the team
• Following and implementing company specifications and procedures
• Quality control
• Maintaining flawless food-hygiene standards
• Implementing organisational systems in the kitchen
• Hitting financial and management targets

Minimum requirements:
• Fluent English
• The right to work in the UK
• 2 years of relevant experience and a proven track record as Head Chef
• You must have experience in kitchens that cater for more than 100 covers
