To properly prepare all items required for the daily Menus and special events as instructed by Supervisors and to ensure that products are consistently prepared according to the highest possible standards. T
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background.
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar environment, either in a 6* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or onboard a small luxury cruise ship (Quality Hotels or Restaurants).
- Fluent English mandatory
