The European flagship project is the Miami-inspired Portals Hills Boutique Hotel in Puerto Portals, Mallorca, operated by Bliss Hospitality Group.

The ultra-chic and luxury hotel features 29 deluxe suites and 2 exclusive FENDI-furnished penthouses, a fine dining restaurant, bar, lounge and a two story wine showcase as well as a pool and wellness area.

We are currently looking for a creative and highly motivated Jr. Sous Chef to join the pre-opening team. As the person in charge of the culinary department you must have excellent knowledge of the contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and should be passionate about what you do. You should demonstrate a very strong working background with experience gained in Fine Dining. Knowledge of the Asian cooking technics and methods would be a plus.

You will be responsible together with our Executive Chef for the successful management of all aspects of the culinary department including the upscale, but yet casual Mediterranean Collins Restaurant (3 meal periods), La Cabana Poolbar & Lounge as well as Room Service & Banquet Service and Catering up to 200 guests.

Responsibilities include menu planning, food cost, inventory control, safety, sanitation and maintaining excellent guests and employee satisfaction.
