- Support of all operational and administrative functions
- Support of breakfast service
- Support of evening service (lounge/ restaurant/ terrace)
- Reception and Concierge functions
- Check-in (Welcoming of guests, help with luggage, general registration, providing information, register data etc.)
- Check-out ( settlement of guest accounts, data filing, surveys, help with luggage etc.)
- Marketing Support ( handling of social networks)
- Answering inquiries/ daily correspondence
- Dealing with external services ( transfers/ taxis/ repairs etc)
- General shopping
- Quality assurance of housekeeping and service
- Shopping

- MS Office skills
- Customer orientated
- Friendly and confident appearance
- Good communication and telephone skills

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic

- Able to work independent and autonomous
- Very good knowledge of Spanish
- Preferable knowledge of 3rd and/ or 4th language

Remuneration
- Negotiable ( Intern Salary/ Food allowance/ bus passes; accomodation not included but we will assist in search)
