We are looking for a head chef in our little bistro pub in North Iceland. If you are organised, hard working and skilled chef looking for something different you should apply. This is not a seasonal job and only those who want to commit for a long-term period will be considered for the job.
You need to be able to work with others and independently, think of new courses, update the menu, order for the kitchen and work according to HACCP standards.
Our chefs work on shifts and there is only one chef working at a time. A sample of our menu can we seen on our web page. The restaurant also has special dishes on weekdays which is most of the time fresh Icelandic fish.

Se ofrece

It's full time job. Shifts are up to 12 hours working two days one week and five days the next. Total hours per month are from 170 to 180 hours on average. We can provide room for rent.
You need to be able to speak and write English.
