The Position
Have previous experience working in a Fine Dining Restaurant is advantageous
To assist in the smooth, efficient running of the restaurant, private dining spaces and room service
To report daily to the supervising personnel with regards to service, comments and any problems encountered
To ensure that guests receive a high standard of service and quality at all times
Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
To attend daily pre-service briefings and monthly communication departmental meetings
Be immaculately groomed and well presented at all times
Have knowledge and passion for exceptional food and wine
To promote a positive working atmosphere at all time

Experience/Qualifications
Will have previous experience in a similar role demonstrating a keen interest
Will possess excellent communication and customer relation skills
Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
Will be flexible in their working hours
