An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our group of internationally renowned, traditional French restaurants.

What we do: 
We are a food-led company, actively headed up by a Michelin-starred chef. Our kitchens combine both traditional and modern techniques, working with the best fresh produce and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver quality French dishes to our customers. Passion and quality are at the forefront of everything we do. 

What we are looking for:

A great personality

Strong communication skills

A passion for food

A team player who thrives under pressure

A high level of English

Previous experience working in a busy ‘a la carte’ kitchen, catering for over 100 covers in any single sitting

EU citizenship

Gross annual salary:



£24000 + tronc (approximately £3000 per anum) + paid overtime.
