Searching for a section chef
required:
experience in kitchen of high level min. 2 years
vegetables or cold section and desserts.

Small introduction of us:
We are the second restaurant of restaurant Cuines33 * in Belgium, Knokke.
Our concept is totally different than theirs.
Ours is based on the grill. We work only with fresh and seasonal products.
We serve 70% meat .
We only serve a la carte.
Personally I have been working for 8 years in michelin restaurants from * till ***.
From chef de parti to second chef.


The concept is that every person can choose his own cut and type of meat and his own side dishes, which are elaborated vegetable preparations.

We dry age our meat in house.

We are searching for a young chef de parti who is/has :
eager to learn
push trough
team player
possitive attitude
motivated
speaks english.

Working hours:
9.00 till 0.00 (close)
5 days a week
Monday and Tuesday closed.
3 times a year holiday.
3 weeks, 2 weeks and 1 week holiday in one year. (6 weeks total)

Salary will be 1700 a month

You are fully responsible for you`re own section:
orderings
mise en place

we provide kitchen jackets and an apron .
All washed by the companies at proffesional laundry.

Provide for your own knives and kithcen shoes and pants.
