We are a hotel and restaurant group in Sweden and we are looking for pizza chefs ( Pizzeros) for our pizzeria located in our Resort in Tänndalen.
Its main function is the preparation of Roman Pizzas and food preservation according to the guidelines of those responsible for the kitchen. You must carry out the operations of handling, mise en place and preparation of the recipes according to the technical sheets of the dishes.
Specific functions of the position:
· Ensure the quality of the food offered.
· Keep your work area clean and neat.
· Perform all necessary food preparation.
· Season, prepare and cook the pizzas on the menu according to what is established in the technical sheets.
· Storage of goods according to their degree of conservation and characteristics.
· Experience in opening pizza dough.
· Helps keep the kitchen clean (floors, equipment, tables, etc.).
· Help those responsible to control the losses and costs of the department.
· Complies with health and safety standards.
· Comply with the image and cleanliness standards set by the company (personal and uniform cleanliness).
