A vibrant Norwegian restaurant group specializing in contemporary Spanish cuisine is seeking an Operational Restaurant Manager for their restaurant based in Tromsø, Norway.



The main responsibilities will include:



Managing the daily operations of the restaurant.

Handling personnel responsibilities, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and development.

Collaborating with managers from other departments and the head office.

Meeting designated deadlines.

Following internal routines such as payroll reporting, stock counts, IK-Food, IK-Alcohol, invoicing, cash settlement, and ISO routines.

Desired qualifications:



Previous experience as a restaurant manager (minimum 2 years).

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Independence, flexibility, and efficiency. Ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent proficiency in English (mandatory).

Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian or Swedish) is desired.
