We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening management team to build up the “Collins Restaurant” from ground up. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operation while ensuring efficient staffing levels and delivering the highest service standards leading the restaurant team by giving example, motivating and training them in order to provide unforgettable customer experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and knowledgeable person who loves to engage with people and is willing to push their career to the next level.
The language requirements are Spanish, English and German.
