Spanish Executive Chef
Elite Group is looking for a talented Spanish Executive Chef for leading QUEMO restaurant in Wanchai, (Hong Kong) and expanding other lines of business related to Spanish gastronomy.

QUEMO is one of the top ten Spanish restaurants in Hong Kong, awarded with the “best paella in HK” in 2013, full equipped with Josper oven, Paco jet, Roner, sous-vide machine and other useful tools.
Job Description
Overall administration and operation of QUEMO kitchen.
Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
Manage and train kitchen team members.
Manage cost & inventory control.
Menu design, translation and costing, formulating of recipe cost card and Standard Operating Procedure.
Participate in weekly managers/Marketing/outlet meeting.
Marketing development and promotions.
Be ready to design and develop new Spanish concepts and new lines of business.
Requirements of the candidate
Good command of English.
Good leadership skills.
5 years experience in similar position, 10 years experience in F&B industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of F & B operation.
Passionate and creative, responsible, dynamic, hard-working, efficient and innovative.
Able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently, maintain a high level of productivity, and delegate many kitchen tasks simultaneously.
Previous international experience (with preference for Asia) is a plus
Preference in candidates with experience and knowledge about central kitchen operation, kitchen design and catering services.
Location: Wanchai, Hong Kong
Salary: 35,000 HKD – 39,000 HKD per month. Se ofrece
