You will learn, develop and become at ease in order to:

- Manage in Room Check-Ins and Check-Outs in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction before, during and after their stay.
- Cooperate in wow factors in coordination with Butlers equipment and Rooms Division
- Ensure Proper billing and reviewing charges for morning and afternoon shifts
- Comply Check list and billing processes daily
- Review Documentation and reservations of the day. Coordinate and implement S / requests

Target:
Acquire additional knowledge and skills inside of the Room division such as Butler service, Reservations, Knowledge of Opera, customer care and daily operation of the Hotel.
