This is a 4* hotel, with a 3AA Rosette awarded restaurant, in a unique beautiful setting in Cumbria, UK, part of the Bespoke Hotel Group. The breath-taking views over the lake and beautiful woodlands and landscaped grounds surrounding the mansion make the hotel a haven of peace, tranquility and luxury.

The client is looking for 1 Chef de Rang, salary £16-17.000/annum gross +service charge £1000/annum and also 1 Head Waiter, salary £18-19.000/annum gross +service charge £1000/annum .

Accommodation is available and it is onsite, it is a single room ensuite and they charge £165 per month. The Hotel has 46 bedrooms and also some Lodges. The restaurant has 100 covers and has been awarded 3AA rosettes.

Meals are provided for all candidates 3 times a day.
