We are looking for a Portuguese Chef or a Chef specialised in Portuguese food, with proven experience leading a kitchen team and great communication skills. We are looking for a responsible and organised person who can be convey our values to our Guests.
We are a gastronomic tourism company and we offer unforgettable gastronomic experiences to our clients.
We are planning our new opening in Portugal in a 5 start luxury resort in the Algarve, in Pinhal do Concelho.
If you love the culture, food and wine in Portugal, if you speak fluent English (and some German!), if you are a positive person with social skills, if you are a problem-solver and a team-player… then you are the person we are looking for!

Responsibilities:
Leading the team and creating a motivational environment, with great interpersonal skills.
Participating in the offering of experiences and constant improvement of recipes and techniques. Cooking and helping our Guests cook according to health and safety standards.
Managing the production and dealing with suppliers.
Ensuring the selection of products and experiences meets profitability requirements and reviewing the operation regularly to implement improvements.
