Responsible for beverage and Wine service/sales mainly in the Restaurant. Ensure all Hotel Operations functions are carried out the Wine service in the Veranda café or Restaurant according to the daily schedule.promoting Wine sales. Follows and ensures that the company beverage standards of service are being adhered. Provides prompt, attentive and courteous service to every guest in the assigned Restaurant/Lounge. Strives to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products. By following wine menu presentation. executing the Wine flash report for the entire bar team. Set up the lunch Beverage service. He is responsible for the Beverage/Wine service. Set up Main lounge Beverage service.

Looking for candidates with fine dining background. Skype or telephone interviews can be made first but after a succesful interview, candidate will need to attend a trial where will be accommodated during.

*Restaurant manager/sommelier £30,000/year gross
All positions get service charge around £3000/year paid monthly.

Contract: Permanent

50-55h/week. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Available Accommodation affordable price
