To successfully perform, you should be passionate about people management and possess exceptional PR and communicational abilities. Furthermore, you must:
- Possess natural charisma and great people skills.
- Have excellent planning, organising and controlling skills of the day-to-day restaurant activities.
- Lead a team to achieve excellent results.
- Passion to exceed customer service.
- Have minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputed hospitality establishment with GCC in a similar capacity.
