About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender position to join our Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
As a Bartender you will be providing excellent service to our guests and delivering the Jumeirah service standards through your flair and creativity within our Bars. As a Bartender you will be creating a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, always maintaining a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service. The Bartender will take guest orders and process correctly and speedily in the most courteous way, exceeding guest expectations.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification
• Basic food and hygiene training – Essential
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar type of establishment – Essential
Skills
• Excellent level of Spanish and English. Preferably other languages as well.
• Friendly, approachable and professional personality attributes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros
• Excellent customer care skills and fit to work under pressure
