An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/Waitress position to join our Food & Beverage Department at Dolce Sitges by Wyndham Hotel (5*).

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• To serve guests requirements to their satisfaction following the standards, under supervision of the Outlet Supervisor.
• To ensure that all guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed in the most courteous way.
• To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
• To take food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally ensuring all information are correct.
• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
• To actively assist the outlet supervisor in the service of food and beverage.
• To promote a good team spirit and good relationship within the restaurant and kitchen brigades.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualifications
• Basic Food Hygiene Training
• Food & Beverage related Certificate

Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role and type of establishment (5* hotel or restaurant)

Skills
• Excellent level of English & Spanish
• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Excellent customers skills
• Teamplayer
