About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist in the Spa department here at Jumeirah Port Sóller Hotel & Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• As the first point of contact with Club Members and hotel Guests, reception colleagues should provide a friendly welcome and the highest level of efficient service in order to meet any needs of members.
• To courteously welcome all members to the Spa on each visit.
• To ensure that all members "sign in" correctly providing all the necessary details.
• To ensure that attendance data of residents is accurately recorded in the members file.
• To ensure the telephone is answered promptly and courteously using the correct manner as laid down in the 'Operations Manual.'
• To be a primary source of information about the Spa and the Hotel to all members.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


Qualifications
• Hospitality, Sport or Leisure education

Experience
• Previous experience in similar role ideally in a 4 or 5 star hotel

Skills
• Excellent level of English
• Friendly, approachable and professional
