BAR WAITER

Position:
Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the workstation that is assigned and guest satisfaction. Follow and ensures that the relevant beverage company standard procedures. Responsible for cleanliness and the upkeep of his/her own MISC En Place. Suggest and recommend beverage when guest ask for assistance in their selection. Ensures that all drinks are served with the proper garnishes and in the correct glassware and the use of jigger.

Requirements:

• Diploma from a recognized Hostelry School or apprenticeship program, or equivalent.
• At least two years of full time working experience on a 4* star (or similar grade) hotel/restaurant, in the addition of waiter to an international clientele.
• Bar experience. Good knowledge in cocktail and beverage service.
• Good level of English mandatory.
• Good level of German will be a plus.

Salary around of 1500€ average monthly. Nine month contract with one month off rotation. + renew.
