An important Golf Resort located in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant Head Chef to join its Spanish themed Restaurant.
As a Head Chef you will be responsible for making a difference and will be in charge of ensuring high quality results while maintaining aggressive financial returns.
In order to successfully perform, you should be passionate about cooking and a results driven individual.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the day-to-day activities of the outlet with a team of colleagues.
- To head the team in presenting traditional Spanish experience surpassing members and customers' expectatios.
- Ensure that sales and profits are maximised and company standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food & Beverage Service, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related studies.
- At least 2 years experience as a Head Chef specialized in Spanish / Latin / Tapas cuisine.
- Experience in a reputed Hospitality or establishment.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about cooking.
- Excellent people skills and ability to lead a team to achieve excellent results (previous experience in team managing is required).
- Decision maker and problem solver.
- Previous experiencie working within Dubai or UAE is desired but not mandatory.
