We are looking for a Head Chef to manage the kitchen production, team organization, cost control and work closely with the management to keep growing the project. Currently rated on the Michelin Guide Shanghai 2017, Alma, as the only Spanish restaurant selected for the Bib Gourmand . English professional profeciency is required. Open mind towards new cultures and willing to become part of a long term project.

33100 RMB before taxed
(including housing allowance 2000 RMB, required rental receipt for each month reimbursement)
27000 RMB (3500€ NET) after taxed

Working visa fees, body health inspection fees covered by the company

The first flight ticket could be apply for reimbursement after 2 months probation
(with flight ticket receipt or purchased record)

20 days paid holiday per year, 6 days monthly days off, 10 days national holiday

Resigned before fulfilling 1 year contract would have to compensate the deposit of house rental
(if the house was rented by the company for the comployee)
