A peruvian-spanish modern restaurant in Shanghai called COLCA is looking for a chef de cuisine to join our team in March 2018 . It is own by veteran peruvian chef Eduardo Vargas and the team of AZUL Tapas Lounge ( a 15 years old landmark restaurant in shanghai too).
We looking for someone who loves work with a team that is like a family , international team and who works hard to achieve perfection. You will be under a team of 12 cook, we have a spanish executive chef who oversees the 2 restaurants , our menu is modern peruvian with touches of spanish influences .. ( something like what Gaston Acurio does around the world ) but every month we have several specials where your own cuisine is ready to show off... As you know this is not a spanish country, so ENglish is a MUST here, if your english ability is not good, it will be very hard to communicate.
This year we already won as best latin restaurant in China and we were nominated as best new restaurant . Michelin is now in Shanghai and this is also a perfect opportunity for someone with big skills and ambitions to get this .
This position is open to EVERY nationality..we open for that as long as u have experience, good attitude and you able to be the best

Se ofrece

It is a 2 years contract.. a decent salary with options of more depends what you give to the restaurant .
