Position: Chef de Cuisine

Nikki Beach is looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team!

Are you as passionate about the culinary industry and providing impeccable quality and delicious food as we are? Do you crave the sunshine and meeting new people? If so, then join our dedicated and talented team.

Relevant key skills and job knowledge for the candidate:

At least 3 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine role or similar position
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good level of English, Spanish is a plus
Is able to lead a small team if required, strong communication, interpersonal skills.
Able to work within a team and maintain a high standard of food preparation, service and hygiene.
Solid knowledge of health and safety procedures, sanitation practices.
Working knowledge of weights and measurements
