We are looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to be part of the kitchen team of Le Bistro Bleu, a traditional French bistro located in the heart of Santa Catalina in Palma de Mallorca.

Our style of cuisine is traditional and authentic French bistro food, prepared and seasoned with love. Most of our guests are repeat customers and sometimes visit us multiple times a week.
We are open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and on Sunday all day.

The ideal Commis Chef will have:
* Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in restaurant kitchen
* An interest in classical techniques and authentic fresh dishes
* Enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team
* The desire to challenge themselves in a busy kitchen
* A great ability to follow instructions
* The will to learn and develop his/her own skills
* A great level of cleanliness, be punctual and respectful

Se ofrece

You will be working approximately 40 hours per week, 6 Months full time contract, 2 days off per week on Monday and Tuesday, salary depending on experience.
