About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Steward position to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
鈥 To stack and wash operating equipment.
鈥 To empty rubbish bins and bottle skips.
鈥 To clean equipment and areas as required by Supervisor.
鈥 To examine operating equipment for cleanliness after washing and correctly sorts and stack transferring excess equipment to circulating store room.
鈥 To clear dishes from staff restaurant to dishwasher and when clean, return to restaurant.
鈥 To empty mess press machine when staff restaurant closes.
鈥 To be responsible of all equipment under his control.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

鈥 Advance Food and Hygiene Training


Experience
鈥 Previous experience in a similar role and type of establishment

Skills
鈥 Friendly, approachable and professional
鈥 Works well under pressure
鈥 Demonstrates flexibility in working according to the needs of the business
