Participating in the definition of the perfect product mix, including the most important Spanish and Andalusian wines.
Creating and executing wine tastings and other experiences, in coordination with the cooking school team and the central team. Ensuring all Guests are satisfied and ensuring their feedback improves the experiences regularly.
Fulfilling regular reports on general Guest satisfaction and incidences. Reporting to the central team in time.
In charge of communicating and training the other team members in the general notions around the wine selection.
