Cruise Ship Company which include a total of 12 ships and operate in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Dubai, the Far East and the Indian Ocean and member of the prestigious World's Leading Cruise Lines, an association of the world's most important cruise companies.
Is seeking Chef de Cuisine
To ensure guests satisfaction the preparation of food items in designated section, providing guests with the highest quality of food product that consistently and effectively reflects the luxurious nature of the company.
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background.. - Minimum of 3/4 years in a similar environment, either in a 5* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or onboard a luxury cruise ship ( Quality Hotels or Restaurants) - Good Knowledge of International Italian Cuisine, good knowledge of International cuisine - Fluent English mandatory. - EU citizenship, EU nationals - Valid Medical Certificate are required before embarkation. - CD1 VISA will be required previous to embarkation.
