An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and passionate Demi Chefe de Partie and a Chef de Partie to join our group of internationally renowned, traditional French restaurants.

We are a food-led company, actively headed up by a Michelin-starred chef. Our kitchens combine both traditional and modern techniques, working with the best fresh produce and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver quality French dishes to our customers. Passion and quality are at the forefront of everything we do.

" A high level of English
" Previous experience working in a busy 'a la carte' kitchen, catering for over 100 covers in any single sitting
" EU citizenship

Gross annual salary:

Demi Chef de Partie: £20000 + tronc (approximately £3000 per anum) + paid overtime.
Chef de Partie: £22000 + tronc (approximately £3000 per anum) + paid overtime.
