Leading company in the catering sector looks for a chef will be the encharge of the correct preparation and assembly of the raw or elaborated raw material and of the assembly according to the client's specifications and the hygiene and food quality standards in the department.
Requirements:
-Overall responsible for all Food Production departments.
-Manage all production activities to ensure delivery of products and services according to airline specifications and expectations
- Development of specifications for the production of menus, both in the kitchen and in the dish presentation.
- Analysis and continuous development of new techniques in production processes.
- Guarantee compliance with hygiene / food safety procedures, internal and airport security, as well as those related to the company's environmental management system.
- Responsible for the quality of information in the database, recipes, photos, developments and losses.
- Food tastings with client and support in presentations.
Education:
-Degree educated
-Completed vocational training in culinary and related hygiene course
Work Experience:
• Extensive experience in managing a large scale food manufacturing department
• Minimum work experience 3 years in large-scale food companies, catering kitchens or collective catering.
• Experience in international cuisine, presentation of products, menus and / or projects related to the hotel industry.
Technical Skills:
• Completed training as a chef or extensive experience of managing production teams
• Understanding of large scale production and assembly essential
• Lean Management Skills
• High command of written and spoken English (C1).
• Capacity for planning and meeting objectives in the established times.
• Advanced knowledge of Access, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Valuable: basic PRL courses, Airport Security course, SAP knowledge at user level. Se ofrece
