We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Food and Bverage Manager to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellente guest experience.
The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&b orders, staff and finance in all our properties. The goal is to maximise sales and revenue trough customer satisfaction and employee engagement. You will also be expected to lead your team by an example.
Responsibilities:
- Manager al F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards in all our properties.
-Disponibility for travel to Dubai when needed.
-Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
-Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.
-Track and order shipments.
-Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.
-Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continously make necessary improvements.
-Adhere to food, health and safety standars.
-Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
-lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
-Establish targets, KPI´s. schedules, policies and procedures.
-Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
-Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
-2 years of experience in managing food and beverage or similar role.
-Proven food and beverage management experience.
-Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurante management software, POS).
-Ability to stop and resolve problem efficiently.
-Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
-Communication and leadership skills.
-Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
-Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
Guest-oriented and service-minded.
-Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management on related field.
-English is must. French would be considered a plus.
