Responsible for beverage and Wine service/sales mainly in the Restaurant. Controls the Wine service in the Veranda café or Restaurant according to the daily schedule.promoting Wine sales. Follows and ensures that the company beverage standards of service are being adhered. Provides prompt, attentive and courteous service to every guest in the assigned Restaurant/Lounge. Strives to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products. By following wine menu presentation. executing the Wine flash report for the entire bar team. Set up the lunch Beverage service. He is responsible for the Beverage/Wine service. Set up Main lounge Beverage service.
Position requirements: - High School diploma from Hotel School or equivalent degree.
- Practical knowledge of beverage operations and service
- At least two years of working experience as a Sommelier in a fast pace 5* star Hotel/Bars catering to an international clientele.
- Working experience with an extensive beverage program that entails premiums and super premiums in all beverage categories.
- Strong knowledge of wine service procedures or sommelier relevant certifcate
- A good wine knowledge from the old and the new world.
- Fluent English mandatory.
- EU citizenship, EU nationals
