For our client with restaurants in Amsterdam, we are looking passionate and enthusiastic Cooks to join their Family. Do you have a passion for delivering consistent and high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen? Do you have the necessary documentation to work in Europe? Then keep reading!
About the restaurant: It is Located next to Amsterdam’s Olympic Stadium and opened its doors early 2019. It is a beautiful complex that has its own restaurant with open kitchen, cocktail bar, terrace, and bakery/Deli. The restaurant stands for an Eastern Mediterranean kitchen and dining experience. It is all about sharing, bringing people together and celebrating life. Its motto is ’Life is beautiful. Be part of it’.
What you will be doing:
As a Cook you play a key role in the Kitchen team. A team that works tightly together, and each person is equally important. They are looking for motivated people to join its close team. You will be involved in the mis en place, running of a section and service, among other responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
• You possess a natural hospitality charm
• You are a real team player
• You are energetic and eager to learn
• A flexible attitude
• A good understanding and speaking of English
• MBO+/Bachelor working and thinking level
• At least one year experience in a similar field
What can you expect:
• A fun and exciting job with a lot of variety

• A competitive salary between €2100 and €2300 per month, depending on your experience and efforts
• Full-time (38 h) per week, 1 year contract - rolling for 3 years
• Average tips between €400 and €500 per month for a full-time job
• 25 paid holiday days, building up of pension, and an additional 8% holiday pay
• Daily free lunches or dinners
• Accommodation 750€ (Shared Apartment with 3 colleagues, Private room)
• 4 weeks probation period
• If you work less hours, they are recovered as vacation time (not paid extra)
• All other conditions according the Dutch Horeca CAO
